Let me be clear on this: Soda of any kind is not a healthy snack ever. With its high sugar content and lack of any nutrients, it is essentially liquid candy. If you are craving something sweet, soda is not the answer. Instead try a piece of fruit, yogurt with berries & granola, or a small amount of the many foods being made that are sweetened with stevia instead of sugar.
